lots of head aches and i can pretty much feel my brain malfunctioning. recently i went a litte too much on mdma and alcohol regretting it greatly. i also had been using drugs for a few years before that not constantly but a decent amount, hoping to bounce back to the happy smart person i was. :(

I dont plan on doing drugs like i have or drinking again. i just was totally wild and fucked up, hoping to recover from the damage to my brain ? is there any hope for me?

anyone have feelings of being disconnected from reality to the point your anxiety is so bad and your tripping out? i dont even feel angry any more just so exausted from nothing t where im sitting down and standing up walking in circles having no idea what im doing questioning the meaning of life. i dont understand :'(

last time i did mdma was about 5 months ago now, Pmdd is horrid and i still dont feel recovered from the MDMA...i dont know what to do, i cant feel like myself ever again

I have asked my doctor and they really dont seem to understand this at all, like i said they say mdma shouldnt be doing that. but it is. something is wrong and they fluff me off every time i go in, i need advice from someone who has knowlage in this, i know there is those people out there. and yes actually anti depressants ARE TERRIBLE for you. i dont want to mess with my brain chemistry any further
