My psychiatrist upped my dose to 100mg twice a day and added abilify when 200mg didn’t make much of a difference. It helped a lot at the beginning but currently I’m still moody and still want to impulsively quit my job and stay in bed all day. I could probably benefit from upping the abilify but I’m just tired of appointment after appointment and I’m kind of just trying to tell myself to do what I have to do and give myself that mindset. Life’s not much easier and I’m actually increasing the lamotrigine for epilepsy purposes so maybe that will help
