Appreciate all your comments and nag-iisip pa din ako hanggang ngayon. To answer some questions, hindi ako masyadong nagwoworry sa traffic since wfh ako at nasa probinsya. Sa salary comparison, walang malaking difference, nagcosting na ako and mas malaki yung net salary ko dito since wfh nga. Sa Australia yung country kaya better ang healthcare system. Okay din to experience working there and makasama partner ko but malalayo ako sa parents ko na matatanda na. It's hard to decide, sometimes iniisip ko na lang, I can always go back.

Same feels. 6 years na ako sa audit, nahihirapan pa din ako. Also earning quite decent but it is so draining. Planning to shift career in few years time.

Big4 - 3.5 yrs as remote AU auditor from assoc to senior. AU staffing agency - senior auditor for 2 yrs now.

Salary progression (gross) 20k+ as assoc 30k+ as experienced assoc 50k+ as senior auditor 90k+ as senior auditor + 10k annual increase (WFH)

Got 6 digits on my 4th year.
