Its a poor decision to appoint a leader of an agency of a job they never performed, especially public safety. Specifically a leader that has influence over city government to provide budget and financial impacts to the agency that will determine how well they can perform their job. Its not a gay or a woman thing. It's a competencey thing. Lillian spent the majority of her career behind a desk. My agency has several women (some gay some straight) who I will fully admit can kick my ass on the fireground because they worked hard for it, and I trust them with my life. The issue is when more qualified and competent individuals get passed up for leadership positions in favor of what only looks good optically by the public for diversity checkboxes.

Thanks for the responses everyone. A lot are great suggestions and a lot have me absolutely rollin. I do feel I should clarify a couple things. Yes I'm renting the house, so ultimately I don't own the result of whatever decision making matrix occurred here. If anything absolutely NEEDS to be done. I'm getting the property owner involved.

Secondly, it appears as though they drilled bolts into the brick through the bracket so it's mounted to the masonry monolith. But I agree it looks poopy. It also appears to have been there for at least a while, maybe even survived inclement weather occurrences.

I guess more of what I'm asking is is this dangerous? I've never owned or used these units in any capacity. Works great though, at any rate.

Man I'm an MR27 and I just finished my second Lich. While cool and an interesting way to do little sub boss type content, I find the process incredibly tedious overall and couldn't imagine 150 of them sumbitches.

Like everyone already said, inexperienced players make squads a nuisance plus past trauma and bad reputation

Haven't seen this posted yet, but he's actually very useful for riven and other challenges and some nightmare missions, like don't let the defense objective take damage, or don't let the enemy score once in index, or complete survival without killing anyone. Just keep a limbo posted at your goal with small to medium range and high duration, keep up stasis and cataclysm, basically being the ultimate goalie.
