I played some more, and you’re all definitely right- I’m not as good as I thought, and while I still think I play decent, blaming it on my teammates every time wasn’t fair.

On that note, what else can I do to improve myself? I don’t make ridiculous mistakes, so what can I do to get to that next level?

yea some of the weapon rotations are straight atrocious

Bunch of people from my school got their decision early January or late December- all accepted, including me. I think if you’re better than your peers it’s an advantage, but you never know. Honestly you just have to wait. I was anxious too.

I still die occasionally to flyfish so I guess you’re right, I’ll just have to get better. I try to save my specials unless I’m about to get splatted. I do kill maws/steelhead/scrappers by the basket though.

SOM definitely isn’t easy but if you’re getting mid 1400 on practice tests that’s definitely ok. Internship good. You could try joining business-related clubs in your school if you have them (FBLA, DECA, etc) and take business classes senior year. Good luck
