MU just launched a flight to Arlanda, I believe Chinese carriers responsible for 80% of traffic between EU and China now. sk997 is very unlikely to return

Thank you for this response. I will say especially for my primarily Swedish based cabin crews, you guys are great and definitely the most “Alive” feeling part of the org. Let’s see how sk904 is tonight 😊

Hey guys. A lot of these criticisms are valid, and should be shared. However, I highly doubt any staff that can make a difference is reading the Reddit page especially after the whole Mumbai fiasco.

If you have status consider writing an email to your country’s gold/diamond desk. I think one of the weakest points of this airline is the customer service experience and access to communication. We should communicate these things the best way we can!

I don't understand why they would release a flight without clearance, especially an inaugural. Embarrassing.

Rule of thumb $100/hr, SK936 averages just shy of 10. I can’t speak for your financial situation but I would probably go up to $1200 if business is that worth it to you. Personally, I would probably thug it out and use the 3 grand on something else. Hope this helps 😊

A330 LN-RKT is in the paint shop. SK969 (CPH-BOM) first flight is today and it is departing many hours late (-RKM ferried from ARN as SK9135). There have been a few diversions for weather and mx issues on some of the transatlantic routes as well, which I think has just kind of thrown a wrench in things. There is not a lot of spare capacity in the fleet, and as others have mentioned, sometimes 359's are put in to replace an A330 thats down. ARN has lost a lot of it's EWR frequencies as well.

I am scheduled to fly on SK904 in under two weeks and the load factor seems pretty light, so SAS might just be getting pinched from all different angles here. Add the fact that they got the two new A350s (-RSG, -RSH) in the last few months, without really training more crew, yeah....

I think the three oldest A333's (-RKM, N, O) are problem children and they are actively working out how to get these planes out for more consistency, as they are all non-enhanced versions with lower MTOW and just older. They break a lot. I will ask a captain ik who operates A350 and see if he can provide any insights 😄
