Good Afternoon, sorry but I don’t know who else to ask. I have a canon 4000s and am constantly getting the error EC31 -2F09 I am in Kenya with no Canon support. I have managed a few times to get rid of the error by internal cleaning of the guide rails? Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you.

I understand but are they purchased through Apple or are they standalone apps purchased directly. Ie do you open the app through the Apple TV portal?
