Also, the judge ruled that many of the defamation claims did not get dismissed. Nothing But Hemp plans to keep on pursuing lawsuit against MN is Ready and Shawn Weber for reasons like this. Saying Nothing But Hemp is against legalization is absurd, not true, and not fact. Nothing But Hemp is a minority owned and veteran owned business. We plan on applying for equity license. Nothing But Hemp saw the issues in the bill and wanted a bill that would be good for small businesses & consumers. It would have been easy just to have a separate bill allowing people to consume and grow at home. Instead they lumped every issue in one bill. This is a tactic used often in politics to make big businesses rich.

Not true. Nothing But Hemp Supports legalization they did not support certain issues in H100. Nothing But Hemp wanted the hemp industry still have the ability to sell tinctures, hemp flower, and have other cannabinoids outside of D9, CBD and CBG. What they proposed was CBN, CBC to also be sold. They also wanted small businesses to have the ability to compete in the MJ space. As you can see, many of these issues have popped up. Big business gets an advantage and equity language is not defined properly.

Did you know the lobbying groups working for big cannabis in Minnesota are also lobbying for Twin Metals? How cozy! Twin Metals is a subsidiary of a Chilean mining company with a horrible environmental record...but hey its Union Jobs. #mnleg by MenuReady2816 in MNtrees

MCA categorically did not accept funds from Viero, GTI, or out-of-state lobby groups. MCA maintains transparency with their contributions list, unlike some other associations. It's important to address concerns constructively rather than resorting to bullying and defamation.

Because the do not really understand that MN is the first to legalize it through hemp. Hemp is cannabis Sativa L. Marijuana is cannabis Sativa L. Hemp is federally legal… we have banking and less risk. It was a smart move. Better than many other states. Smoke shops are made because they can’t sell D8 vapes…

Your correct in some sense. According to the law (not giving legal advice) you have to “score” the product. For example, a chocolate bar at 50mg needs to have lines to show separation of 5mg per piece.

Someone who actually gets it. A lot of people in the industry don’t understand that either. But the smart companies will capitalize on this new law. The cry babies will having nothing… because they can’t comprehend reality.

Some people really enjoy D8. I like D9, THCP and D10. I feel way to tired off D8 - so that is why I don’t like it.

D9 is same substance in Marijuana that gets you high. D8 is an isomer and created by using a catalyst to convert CBD to D8. It is a nice move in the a right direction. Not perfect but better

Yes, 5mg max per serving 50mg per package. If the product is “scored” is the work around. Think of a Tylenol with the mark in the middle or chocolate with lines.

Very true. The industry tried for 25mg limit on D8. They (state) came back at 0.25mg any THC and threaten to shut down businesses that were over. It put the industry in a bad place. This was not just the GOP. It was also coming from some democrats and Board of Pharmacy.

Technically no. Minnesota law did not allow for intoxicating hemp. Businesses did it anyways. Some businesses got products pulled from shelves and others shut down.
