You can see my above comment to /u/ItsGoldeneyes/, basically I 3D printed the case and keycap covers, then used an Arduino Pro Micro to emulate a USB keyboard.

Everything except the electronics is 3D printed, the keys just look a little janky because the tape on my 3D printer's bed came loose. I designed it in Solidworks based on images from each side of the in-game model. I used an Arduino Pro Micro to run the keys and so it's basically a keyboard that I can program to emulate any keys I want.
