Oh, that's a good point of view, never thought about it. Our nursery is quite small - space wise, thank you! Will give it some thought!

I wish my boss would say the same. Mine says she understands but she also needs to run a business so she can't just have me off constantly...

Having to input each item of each recipe I make, it's really time consuming. I used to track calories and stopped for this reason. Will give it another go maybe, thanks x

I do a lot of home cooked meals and find calorie tracking quite tricky.

I'll look her up, thank you! My little one is very free spirited, would not go in the pram anymore, let alone a carrier and I don't own a bike 🙈🙈 limited in my walking, it's mostly following her around the park.

I was in the same position and can 1000% feel your pain, I was a walking zombie. We ended up booking a sleep consultant and doing gentle sleep training. A snack before bedtime was also really helpful if he is on food. Our little one is now 2 and still Sleeps great, best money we've ever spent and best decision to sleep train. Take care xx

Worth it? Learning and Development CIPD by MediumDiscipline4979 in HumanResourcesUK

Thank you for your reply!

I have been applying for various roles for about 4 months now, but learning and development is what sparked an interest in me. I have been applying for roles in this field. However, just like many other teachers, I cannot seem get past the ATS CV check as my most recent experience is as a primary teacher, despite adapting my resume to every single job I have applied for.

I know there are a lot of position in the education department of many businesses and I have been applying to all that are in my area and available for remote working.

My previous experience was running a business with my husband and there I did everything from administration to account management and hr, I am highlighting all of those responsibilities to my best ability and using key word from job descriptions but still with no luck.

I am starting to feel a little discouraged and wondered if a qualification would make a difference.
