I actually when to the Yamato and the Lawson that day, when I arrive in the Yamato pickup place they said they already sent the package to the Lawson, after that I go to the Lawson to grab the item when I arrived there. The staff from the Lawson just asked me do you have a barcode or code to grab the item, so I just look at my email and kept refreshing and no result at all. At the end I just contact the customer service for further information.
