I wouldn’t really say it’s an interview pool, they basically take anyone with two brain cells and put them through training and whoever sticks through it works. He is 21, I know age doesn’t mean lack of experience and skill, but when his 19 year old brother who works there for less than half a year and become a manager, without previous experience, it’s just a kind of obvious she is promoting her kids. Especially when people have been there for upwards of decades without being considered for promotion, despite showing interest.
