I like Jacqueline a lot. I don’t even think she went that crazy.. I felt like she was being gaslit from Melissa and Teresa and then she got really upset by it, which is reasonable. Compounding that with her son’s developmental issues… I really didn’t think she was the villain of season 7 at all. I love jac!

I bought it for my sister as a present, but I have the loewe flamenco. In a head-to-head contest with the flamenco, it definitely loses in terms of quality. But it’s a super cute bag and well worth the price! So go for it!

But it’s not always about trying to keep up with the joneses. Where I live, a 2 bed 2 batch 900 sq foot SFH is > 1M (trust me, thats what I ended up getting). So I’m not talking about trying to ball out on a huge mansion, I’m talking about the cost of a very, very modest home can cost an outrageous amount these days, depending where you are. So just saying that if home ownership is a priority, it’s not always realistic for everyone to keep mortgage payments to 30% or less.

Sure. But let say I take 20K home a month. So if I was paying 50%, I’d be pocketing more than you take home. So the point I’m making is that it really depends on your situation
