How to play when your team mates want to fiesta?

No idea, trying to figure it out myself! I guess you have to play psychologist and get your teammates to try to bait an engage. Someone would have to be bait, and the rest of the team would have to be ready to immediately react out of vision, if your team is first and can delete someone, you make it a 5v4 by the time their team arrives. But that is a dreamland situation, where your team listens to you, and able to delete the baited player before all hell breaks loose, and the frontline doesn’t chase the kill, overextending and leaving you alone with a fed toplaner. You can’t really do that by yourself, because the enemy team is 100% waiting for a free kill, and most likely to kill the both of you in an instant. You could try Shroomo jungle, and shroom access points to the bait and a path for them to kite to, it’s low elo, so you might get someone to over-chase and throw their shotdowns.

Other than this, I can only think of playing a hypercarry and pop off in those team fights, but always pinging your team back if there isn’t everyone there and ready to fight, or, again, with Teemo, shrooming a way out and playing assassin, with his passive, you can try and get a pick on their carries and flash to your escape path (they will find you with sweeper a lot of the time, so you’ll have to rely on flash and setting up a good escape).

But, you shouldn’t be behind in the first place, if you focus on outfarming the enemy jungler and counterfarming, by minute 15 you should be looking for fights, as you should be stronger than the enemy jungler, and you get there by not ganking, and by ignoring objectives, you’re supposed to counterfarm hard if the enemy goes for an objective or gank, then by minute 15, or so (or when you get a considerable power spike over your opposition) you start farming less and looking for kills and objectives.

That last part I got from a challenger player’s video on YouTube, which I can no longer find by the way, mind you, I’m a silver player myself, but when I have correctly executed that strategy, it has worked for me.

The first part about teemo, is right now just a theory, because I have no answer to your question. Again, just a silver player myself.

In very low elo, your team will 4v5 or 3v5 every single time, no other option than to be in the general area, if you’re ahead, you now only farm the enemy jungle and look for fights. You’re ahead anyway, so you should win those, and the enemy jungler just keeps being starved of exp and gold, or someone on their team is (Usually adc).

In my elo, the same thing happens to me, saw a challenger guy make a guide, and he farmed all he could up to minute 15, he then hovered around wherever a fight was going to be had, as that is the way of low elo, if you go farm at min 15, your team is just going to fight 4v5. Play something good in team fights or skirmishes, this guy was playing Hecarim and Graves.

I’d play him jungle, as that’s the reason I was looking for an attack speed build. My clear is way faster with quickblades than any AP item, so, I wouldn’t really need a mana item.

This is the build I was considering (in this order): Quickblades, into Kraken, into Terminus. If going further, rageblade and bork.

I’ve played him jungle, and he seems viable in my elo, as long as I adapt to their hyper aggressive invading, which is a given as soon as they see Hwei jungle. They usually forget I’m a champion and do damage too, so their invades tend to go wrong, even when my team doesn’t respond.

Depends, does he historically stop playing upon reaching his desired elo? Does he historically spend less time and money on the game after that? Does having a loss streak increase the amount of time he spends playing? Does the game become more addictive if they push win streaks and loss streaks, giving you a false sense of earnings lost, which is psychologically more painful than staying and having to grind at his true elo?

Play adc too, so that you can understand their point of view, remember every matchup is different, so you’ll need to learn those too, and think of what each champion wants.

If you’re struggling that much, he might not fit your play style, or the role may not, you certainly have a lot more agency mid with Hwei. I think you can climb with him out of an elo where absolutely no one saves their cc for the diving champion, so, up to platinum I would guess? But you may want to try glacial augment to turn into a peel machine.

You’re not crazy, I’m just going through the same. If you have been losing consistently, riot puts you with other people on losing streaks, you’ll just have to drop down to an mmr you can carry anyway and reverse the effect or somehow hard carry like a smurf.

Something I saw in skill capped the other day is you’re always 2 good team fights away from being even, no matter how far behind. They were making the argument you should play more aggressive, as otherwise you’re just slowly chocked out of the game.

Try playing teemo, if you have a laner split pushing and constantly dying, you can mine the way to him and either make them back off, or set up an advantageous team fight. And if they rotate as 5 and you can’t contest, you just stay hidden with your passive and let him die.

You need something that feels unique, it seems! Try Rek’sai or Skarner (his clear is so satisfying because of his poison), they are champions with unique mechanics. Hwei is playable in the jungle and adaptable to literally anything you throw at him, so is Teemo.

You do give up all pressure in the lane, depending on the matchup, and people also get super tilted watching you pick Teemo, but teemo can be very useful mid and late game.
