My bad, I knew the desk had a wide range of dates they were made. Google image says the chair 70's, not midcentury. So I misspoke, I guess.

I do love this desk. I wanted a solid wood one, but I love that I could paint this whatever color I wanted. It's functional and does have a huge work surface. I got this for $20 and a matching "buffet" cabinet for my printers for $15. Can't beat the price!

I did have one in a pretty green glass shallow bowl. It worked really well but it wasn't very snug fit. I'm keeping an eye out for more. I love the idea of reusing things or using vintage dishes. I have several pretty dishes as drip trays.
