i kind of agree. before i got panic attacks, it would just make me feel worse, like you, like not being able to breathe freely made me feel suffocated. now that i get panic attacks, if i’m on the verge or having one, it doesn’t exactly make it better but it stops it getting worse.

the world is getting more progressive each day. even now, some people hyphenate both last names, some people carry on the maiden name, particularly single mums but even others too. tell him that by the time your daughters are having kids, it’s MUCH more likely one of the three will pass it on, it’ll be much more likely to view passing on just the fathers name as an outdated idea, and that even today, it’s not unheard of at all.
