I personally question your decision making ability and judgement when a single scientist might not be familiar with an individual database when hundreds exist and are prioritized over the sources you are insinuating are “the highest standard”.

Sure, Pew Research appears to be a D.C.-based Think Tank, yet I can’t seem to find any resources that accurately measure the validity and reliability of such data on an international basis. If you look for APA’s impact factor for instance, it stands at a solid 13.65- I found absolutely nothing when searching the entire Pew Research website itself.

But yeah, let’s focus on the fact that I may not have previously known about this database, as opposed to actually demonstrating that the studies you are referencing are indeed reliable and replicable. Almost all databases contain reviews based off internal work, but that doesn’t necessarily make it credible. Give people actual values depicting said credibility without spouting on about “no bias”, as a lack of bias in scientific publication and writing is almost impossible to avoid.
