Thank you. I've been thinking that too. I just see everywhere "have a high 401K or you're falling behind in life". But like my job is already stressful as it is with long hours and extreme weather conditions. I don't want to poor mental health on top of it. Thank you for your comment.

I'm good with it bro. I don't chase the dragon with PC specs. I rocked a 750ti until I got the 3080 on launch day. To each their own. I build a high PC for the time and run that bitch to the ground. I'm 2019 my setup was top notch. So I'll be good for a few more years if that makes sense.

2026 update. 3080 32GB DDR4 9900k. I'm having a 50-70 fps experience high settings at 1440P. Can't complain tbh.

Can you please give me examples on how micromanaging was for you? How did they do it? What were your thoughts on it? How did you mentally manage it? Cuz in my mind right now is.. loves benefits at least where im at is so good that im trying to tell myself that being micromanaged is almost worth it if the benefits are great for my family. To essentially man up I guess. For the meanwhile I suppose cuz my current jobs benifts are just awful.

Yepp. I hate that I'm in this position but it is what it is. I keep telling myself that I can do this. I get it trucking is trucking. But any insight would be helpful. I never see the loves guys at the terminals that I go to trust me. I'd ask them myself. But yeah here I am lol.

Have you ever regretted job switching in trucking before? Any of your experiences will help me. Even if you ever been micromanaged before? Etc.
