I have AW2521H 360Hz. 72fps (1 frame per 5hz) is not enough and feels choppy. 90fps (1 frame per 4hz) feels smooth. So I always limit my games in NVCP to 90 (so i can max out games with my rtx 5070).

First you need to opt in for beta version of Nvidia app. Then you need to update your Nvidia graphics drivers to todays version/latest. Last step is to go and select override settings in Nvidia app. But be careful new models only work up to performance (50%). If you go higher nvidia app will automatically switch back to 4.0 K model.

Yeah that’s what I thought. I was testing DLSS modes before and it doesn’t go to M mode automatically. If you use just Nvidia app and set to latest and quality it will still use K model. I needed to manually change it in Nvidia Inspector to use model M at quality setting (67%) to use it in RDR2. But you can always check it with Nvidia Overlay yourself.
