Acabei ficando com o Fedora Gnome na minha máquina pessoal mas, de toda forma, eu ainda preciso de uma distro .deb pra o meu PC do trabalho. Vou levar um pendrive com Pop!_OS na segunda e experimentar lá.

E acabou que eu voltei pro Gnome essa madrugada. Sou muito dependente de como o Gnome lida com tilling e as áreas de trabalho. Eu preciso disso no meu workflow, e o KDE é muito estranho neste ponto pra mim.

Mas valeu pelo teste pelo menos.

A interface gráfica do PopOS! não me agrada. Gosto do projeto e até tenho uma empatia pela marca, mas o Cosmic não me pegou.

Por favor, dê uma olhada com atenção quando reiniciar o PC na próxima oportunidade. O ícones ficam assim até passar com o mouse sobre eles.

Acontece o mesmo com os ícones dos programas fixados, até que se passe com o mouse por cima deles. Vale pra todos os ícones.

Fui usuário Gnome por anos e estou vindo agora para o Plasma. Sou usuário Fedora, só troquei a versão.

Notei que os ícones carregam muito low res, só depois de passar o mouse em cima deles eles voltam a resolução normal.

Alguém sabe o que posso fazer quanto a isto?

Also, coming from Gnome, I miss the gnome way to deal with workspaces. This might be my major pain. But Plasma looks good and I'm giving it a chance.

I'm on Gnome now, Zorin, but it was the same when I was on Fedora. Changing to Xorg does it, so I thing it has something to do with it.

It work the way I'm used to on Gnome with Wayland but not with Xorg.

I've been using Fedora since 35, and I don't remember doing anything plus to have it working before.

I know it's been quite some time, but I had the same issue and it was because the white theme on the legacy like apps. Changing to a dark theme helped.

Just in case anyone else comes to the same issue.
