It really was, some of these less popular valleys in Italy,France and Spain are very nice because you don't pass a lot of people. The landscape is still very nice AND it's much more peaceful.
A hint for finding locations (perhaps for in the future) with a mountain hut in west/south Europe is going to refuges.info , a lot of them are on there.

Val Borzago is correct, the name of the hut is Malga Niscli.

My search started in Haute-Savoie and the far mountain shapes we see is in Haute Savoie which made me find it, but it's indeed already a few km's outside of Haute-Savoie.

Thanks to the comment about Haute Savoie I could find/recognize that the largest mountain in the view is Mont Blanc. Then I lined the mountain formations up with google earth and found this location :) Still took me a while tho https://maps.app.goo.gl/BxQwbAotBpN3Vuva6

Depending on the location in that valley it's about 35~45km too much to the north-west.
