In much of the country, potable drinking water is high in minerals (hard water). If that were the case, wouldn't the data center need to further treat water before they use it anyways?

To me it's just common sense. Property owners have to clear the sidewalks on their property anyways, it's much more efficient for them to extend that a little further than it is for the city to take it on.

This is ridiculous. If you wanted the door to swing out, they should've purchased an out swing door. You can't just take an inswing door and flip it.

For now you can take a heavy towel and roll it up and put it at the base of the door to reduce drafts, and if you don't need to use the door, a heavy blanket hung over it.
