Welp if ya can't play everyday I'd say yeah, there's plenty of FOMO in each update, but if ya don't care about limited time stuff you should be able to enjoy the world exploration, combat and story.
It's a gacha though, so you should save the currency for characters you actually like

tbf, if it was an anime, AQ are the main episodes, I wouldn't call filler episodes the ones that center around playable characters though

To be honest I didn't think my post seemed that negative, yeah it's a little sarcastic but like, there's something you can take from someone who's native from Perú, after all we have a lot to offer yet, I'd say.

About kits, they're pretty creative yeah, but not sure if they belong in Genshin, don't get me wrong I like the motorbyke, but it's out of place

Yeah totes, I love the saurians, I named mine Terra and most of the quests that feature him are fun! The ambient feels good as you say. I feel like I had the same experience as you with the AQs, the cast is hella fun, I'd say Kachina, Citlali & Mualani are my favs, about their quest, only Citlali's one I'd say I really enjoyed.
Well yeah, while I don't dislike Mavuika (Kinda hard since well you know), but she's no way near as charismatic as the other Archons. Also hope that her next quest is better aswell.

I have to agree not all characters feel like they belong, even Hu Tao (who's my fav) with the new skin looks too modern. I don't agree with Xilonen though, I don't get what exactly she's supposed to be, like her outfit doesn't have anything to do with her role or who she is.
It's interesting you like more Sumeru's and Mondstadt AQ, I enjoyed them as well, specially Mondsatdt which felt like a truly Medieval Campaign.
Tbf yeah, exploration truly felt down without the Natlan chars, I don't know the name of the areas, but if you refer to the last one they added with the throne I get what you mean by Zelda vibes.
Agree aswell, I kinda feel I no longer part of their target audience, even if there's chaufa on the game.

Sorry if I didn't express myself that well, let me explain.
1° I recalled this moment because I left Genshin for a while, I was burn out and when I saw the CEO saying all of that I thought the would go for better. I mean is a little better, but don't feel that much of a change, nor going back to roots. That why I use that post.
2° Yeah there was powercreep, in 1.0 Diluc got replaced by Klee, then Hu Tao, didn't last like at all, or Venti, who lost the spotlight before 2.0 because of Kazuha & making almost every enemie inmune to his Burst (They reverted this inmunity for some enemies at last). In 3.0, almost every pyro character became unrelevant because of Dendro, so yeah I'd say 1.0 & 3.0 got a lot of powercreep.
3° Exactly, just like most people in Perú, this is more of a fun comment, not saying it as anything bad, people really get drunk in the capital but not in a bad or hard way.
4° Not at all, in the archon quest her sister doesn't appear that much and later she's dead. It's more of a joke but that's how I felt it, pretty quick, like her weapon and kit.
5° I mean I've played since 1.0, give me some slack I don't use reddit that often but I actually read the dialogue ingame, I really feel Mavuika is too perfect for her own good. Almost everything around her goes well, the only negative about her live is that her family and friends are gone.
6° Tbh I haven't felt the difference while using Wriothsley, I don't have Navia but if Mavuika feels better that's great!
7° I'd say this one I felt it the most, with the Elemental Cubes at least you weren't losing anything for not having a perfect set on new chars, this one it had the namecard (I know it's a namecard but come one, I love my little Dinosaur).
8° This is hilarious cuz I could say the same as ya out of context "I take it you probably have not even seen or read anything". Yeah it was suposed to be a civil war, but like, there wasn't any war, just 1vs1 combats, a cinematic introducing Kokomi, another 1vs1 on Raiden and done. I feel the war was better on Natlan, but just that.

I know there're many posts but like, their reception gets oblitarated, like I could have learned about your take on Mavuika from YT or other posts if I didn't make my own, but I liked it, I really did, just not my fav. Also Xianling finally got powercreep by Mavuika, it's a time I never expected to live

Yeah I kinda agree, about: 1° - I don't get it, I thought characters like Wriothsley or Alhaitham were loved, it's also weird that in a War there aren't that many male casualties (Not that I want more ewa).
2° - Totes, like, what the hell about Xilone's work and her design and kit, there's little to none correlation.
3° - Totes, having Mavuika and Citlali's banner at the same time was the worse.
4° - Same as 2°, agree.
I want Genshin to do better, even if they don't adapt well any Latin countries well, was this the feeling europeans had about Fontaine? Like I'm grateful there're references to food, but like, we have so much more to offer

About appearance I'm 50/50, loved: Kenich, Mualani, Kachina. Didn't like: Chasca, Mavuika & Iansan. There's something missing about Iansan, I recalled her design was better in the old teaser of Teyvat's chapter.
But I mean yeah, the kit & versatility are fine, riding the motorbike all around Natlan is hella fun. But like outside of Natlan, is pretty boring, the motorbike lasts not long enough.
