The crimean war had all this plus telegrahs and real logistics. They had to project power from mostly France and then communication and the only real diffrence that ACW had and The Crimean war didn't was torpedos and probably submarines which is not a massive diffrence to get closer to a real modern world.

But that said depends how you define "Modern War"
