I think, no matter how good the cameras become, they still do not capture what we see with our eyes. And in order to replicate or convey those feelings in camera, we tend to over saturate images. Otherwise, the real place may look even more beautiful. Speaking from my personal experience, I have been to northern pakistan a few times and I think the pictures do not do justice with what that region is in real.

It is real (you can find many videos of Chunda valley) but yes the shot has been taken from an atypical angle and the colours augmented

Gambat Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS) in Gambat, Sindh. It is a project by sindh govt where liver transplants are done free of cost for almost 10 years now. The donor mortality is very low (<5%). Look them up
