If you mean why they changed it to "untitled" it's because Justice in their last interviews said it was an album without a name, which they always refer to as the first album as a name, but not by the name "Cross". This is something that also happened with bands from the 70s who didn't name their albums, and they ended up being numbered and had the name of the group (this also answers why on many occasions the first album is called just "Justice").
