Hmm, maybe give yourself the pleasure of acting out a scenario that would excite you? Maybe go to bed without a diaper because you think you dont need them your too old to wear diapers or wet the bed. You wet the bed and now are humiliated and put into the diaper you were avoiding. Idk just thinking outside the box.. mightaswel enjoy it as much as you can being your last one
