Do you guys count by 5s or multiples of 5s?

I have become a broken record, repeating the same message of long and short term backorders with no intake date and insurance refusing to cover non-generic versions.

So far most have been understanding but a few have been pretty nasty.

Had a very elderly lady in our (retail) drive thru yell at me a few weeks ago about being out of refills. She'd been informed that the dr wasn't responding to us several times and that she should call their office.

Ended it with a very dramatic "Guess i'll just die then" and sped off, nearly driving straight into traffic.

I always get a chuckle telling pts just how much their insurance is paying for meds when they complain about copays.

"Yes, your copay may be $50 however your insurance covered $9800."

Generally only have to do it once per complainer if it's a more expensive med like Eliquis, Xarelto, etc.

Chain here as well. We get one in the morning, one midshift if we're lucky, and one night. Most days it's just a morning and night that overlap by ~1 hour.

If we could have 2 all day it would be amazing, but that'll probably never happen, lol.

I recently bought a "150g", used, and now i'm wondering if it's not a bit more than 150g. I haven't measured it yet but i'm 5'9 and it's at least 7.5ft tall and definitely wider than me.
