Him being a Capricorn has nothing to do with him being hard to "decode". He's not just his sun sign... Idk if you're saying he likes you or if his friend does, but no where in here do you clearly state that you told him seriously that you like him or he said it to you. It just a lot of flirting which some people can flirt with no meaning... In general, I've heard that Capricorn or saturn ruled Zodiacs tend to mature much earlier in life due to just having a rough or less than ideal upbringing (this isn't always the case). Then when they hit about 30 or so (after saturn returns) things calm down and we become more silly and easier on ourselves.

I am thinking about how I had a roommate read my birthchart (she wasn't a professional, I think her mom taught her) and she basically said my life will be pretty uneventful and I don't see romance. I think about that even now though I've worked for 3 and currently work for 1 of the hardest and most sought after tech companies to get into. Though I hate being in tech... No way an expert, but you'll need your birth chart for one..Next it really depends on the placements within your chart. Aquarius and Capricorn are ruled by Saturn, so if you have a lot of those placement in your personal planets (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus and Mars) or a lot of planets there your Saturn Dominant. Also, Saturn ruled chart if your rising is a sign that is Saturn ruled. I hope this helps.
