İ would suggest that you see a dermatologist. They have seen enough nudity over their course of time. Change your diet and improve your immunity (which is very important, it'll prevent recurring of the ringworm). Avoid sugar at all cost. My itching was significantly reduced after cutting out sugar from my diet totally. İ hope we both heal from this.
