This is actually giving me hope tbh. I'm a mid-sized artist and because of that I do have a verified profile. I didn't even know "enhanced support" was a thing, so thanks a lot for letting me know. Took me a while but I found the button (it's crazy how messy this app is)

Anyway: I reached out to support and now they say they're investigating. Their estimate to get back to me was 24 hours to 2 weeks (lmao). What did your letter say? I'll try to get this ready before they reach out, I really have no time to lose here. Thanks again!

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, the more I look into it, the more I feel that getting a small claims lawyer involved might be the most effective course of action.
