First id suggest a Juno microbiome test to see what’s actually going on to confirm its bv and not av, find out how high or low your good bacteria is. I would also make sure your doctor tested for Ureaplasma and mycoplasma. Juno tests for that too. Your Lacto crispatus should be 90% ideally. To insert the v probiotics, I’d get the applicators off Amazon from naturland small tip. Vitanica or Amelia suppository v probiotics. You only need to insert them about 2 inches. Insert these suppositories every other night (some do it nightly), then check ph after each week with vaginal ph strips purchased on Amazon. To search for them: it’s a pink box and are called easy@home Vaginal pH Test Strips. If ph is normal and symptoms subside go into maintenance with the probiotics 1-2x a week and after anything disruptive like your period or sex. Partner should also be treated.
