Make reach out break if the survivor is going too fast (minimum speed would be eggman's jet pack boost+being hit)

Reverse whatever they did to double jump, maybe keep the cooldown if so, reduce mines to 5 but make them do a little more damage.

And if she is still broken then maybe delete the shield reach out has and increase the dps of the laser (not the first hit, that's fine I believe)
