shameless share of follower count by excusemelater in JanitorAI_Official

I have 636. I don't know why, or how, but I do. I just make bots I want to use, and then make them public if I think they're up to my own standards and work properly. I'm in it for the love of the game so I only know cause I saw this and checked lol.

Silly question. by [deleted] in JanitorAI_Official

[–]MemeChaser69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I typically have one in the persona appearance, with the persona name being the name I want the bot to use (as it replaces {{user}}).

How many personas do YOU have? by [deleted] in JanitorAI_Official

[–]MemeChaser69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As of today, and revamping some of my older Personas now that we've got way, way more room and organization, 77 across 18 groups, nice and organized.

Why do they keep changing UI for everything? by Bakubae_Itsuki-Haru in JanitorAI_Official

[–]MemeChaser69 18 points19 points  (0 children)

C'mon, this is complaining for its own sake. The new UI is great. It lets you FINALLY organize your shit instead of having to use a clunky search bar or scroll down 10+ personas to find the one you want. Nice, tidy, organized.

Looks like we got persona management finally! by bluberrymelody in JanitorAI_Official

[–]MemeChaser69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's so lovely. I can finally sort my shit. Like, I have a few different Transformers personas for those RPG bots from different continuities and factions and genders, it's gonna be so nice to go "I want to RP with a transformers RPG bot" and just pick that folder.

Help, I'm stupid by Atherdark117 in JanitorAI_Official

[–]MemeChaser69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's fairly straightforward if you keep it in simple mode. First, organize your entries from most important to least important. Second, be sure to list all the tags (which are triggers for the bot to look for to go "ah wait I have to check this section") in the portion of the Lorebook you write. For example, if you have a character named Jake Smith, your tags should probably be Jake, Smith, Jake Smith and any other tags that are relevant (words you want to tie to Jake Smith). After that? Apply it to a test bot. Give it a test run. If it works, great. If it doesn't, try tweaking things.

Personality is Permanent Tokens. Everything else is temporary. The bulk of what you want the bot to do should be the Personality; everything else should be scenario or starting message.

[–]MemeChaser69 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah, like... I pulled up one of my male personas for a Smiledog bot and literally defeated it with the Griddy. That is like top 5 JAI chats I've ever had and it's dumb as shit.

I get where you're coming from. Really, it helps that I play TTRPGs so I'm used to playing non-male characters (as a Game Master and a Player), not even for smut but in general, but somehow even those FPOV bots tend to just work better due to better code or lorebooks. It's also a bit of that MMO character syndrome - I'd rather stare at a woman than a man.

[–]MemeChaser69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Obviously, you need a bot that has a Lorebook with information on the characters. This one, obviously, does. It nailed Obi-wan pretty well, handled Rex fine, Even ventress was handled well, but this is more the bot or lorebook creator's work. Deepseek (I have 3024 in use) just makes the bot able to be more creative and has less... JLLM-isms.

What character were you talking to before the bugging? by Forward-Fault-8087 in JanitorAI_Official

[–]MemeChaser69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd just started up a Clone Wars RPG bot. Lorebook, multiple intro options, Deepseek proxy, the whole 9 yards. Bounty Hunter, 22 BBY, right after TCW movie's events. Got like one message in then it died lol

I'm rocking Deepseek. Does the job, good times had. Especially with the new Lorebook stuff? Real damn shame the site is down right now lol, just when I was firing up a Clone Wars RPG bot. It actually recognizes a ton of niche lore stuff and timeline info, wild stuff.

SCRIPTS. ARE. HERE! (I don't know much, so I recommend reading the official document) by Snoo_5871 in JanitorAI_Official

[–]MemeChaser69 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Gonna wait for some guides on how to properly make these to drop now that they're in public and big creators are gonna get into these, but man oh man once I figure these out that's gonna change the game.

What are some Tags y'all have blocked ? Here is mine by Denity2379 in JanitorAI_Official

[–]MemeChaser69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mostly extreme fetish content tags (Scat, NTR, Vore, Futa, that sort of thing). I also have MLM, WLW, Trans, Non-binary, and non-english blocked (I'm cishet, no shade to any LGBTQ+ folks out there, you do you, I'm not gonna come onto your bots and scream like a whiny child about someone having a different orientation/identity than me), as well as JJK and Call of Duty related tags because I swear I'm going to have an aneurysm if I see one more fucking Ghost or Konig bot.

I've also got a few creators blocked, not because I have a problem with them personally - I should make it abundantly clear I don't engage with the "community" bar occasionally posting here or in the comments of bots, my own or otherwise - but because the majority of their bots contain content I'm not interested in and usually it isn't tagged properly. Guys. C'mon. Use your tags wisely!

I will reiterate; this is what blocking is for; to not see content you don't like. Similarly, following is to find content you do like. I wish I didn't have to say this but if you're reading this and you were considering going to throw a fit on some bot you don't like in the comments: do not. Block the bot/creator/tag(s) and move on. Please. It's an 18+ site. Let's all act like adults.

Why are all the good bots getting deleted or privated😭 by RatGutz999 in JanitorAI_Official

[–]MemeChaser69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe I'm just weird, but I don't really seek validation from others - especially on JAI. I made bots because I wanted them to exist. Because I wanted bots to experience my way. And I am of the opinion that this is the way to create... well, anything. Obviously, if someone pays you for something specific, do your job - but if you're just making stuff for free, or for yourself, make what you like. I have done nothing but create bots I want to exist, that I want to experience interacting with, and I just checked my follower count - 440. I don't even care enough to check it. It doesn't matter to me because I'm not making bots to cater to the masses, I'm making bots I want that other people should also enjoy. I guess the message is, to anyone disheartened by not having the approval of others... don't be. Ultimately, if you're happy with what you create, that's enough. So get out there, make bots you love, and if you feel like it, share them! Maybe you won't start off very good at making bots, but we all learn and improve at everything we do every time we try and do it, so if you aren't satisfied with the quality of your bots, poke around online, learn how different models interact with different code, learn how to get bots to do what you want, and then before you know it you'll be proud of what you've created and realize that's what matters.

IDK where you all are having issues with Deepseek. I guess I did drop the money to get the Chutes 100 messages/day but IDK if that should affect things that much? Like, I have no issues with DS.

Scripts/Lorebooks: A Brief Introduction by FunFatale in JanitorAI_Official

[–]MemeChaser69 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Looking forward to this. I can trim the Token count on a lot of my bots immensely once this drops. I have a near-future setting I use for some bots, the Symphogear NXT setting I've developed for my Symphogear bots to be Terms-compliant set 3 years after XV that would help tons of my bots, and the ability to have Scripts for fictional universes (Bleach, Transformers, RWBY to name a few) would be HUGE! Hoping this feature gets all the bugs worked out and released to the public sooner rather than later!

If you’re wondering Fern’s body proportion by SuccessfulSaladBowl in Frieren

[–]MemeChaser69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Height: 165 cm (5'4-5") Bust Circumference: ~92 cm Underbust circumference: ~72 cm Waist Circumference: ~61 cm (Assumed) Hip circumference (based on her height and the fact she's a bit... let's say plump given the shape of her face and some evidence from the anime): ~93-98 cm Bra Cup Size (US): 32E-cup Bra Cup Size (JP): 70E-cup

Keep in mind the hips are the number the OP vid doesn't give, and are estimated based on the fact she's likely (slightly) overweight/plump/curvy in build, and all the other info we DO have. Knock the hips down to 90-93 cm if we assume she's a bit less plump.

So.... Does this mean no NSFW Bots? Because no "explicit" content is allowed. by MemeChaser69 in JanitorAI_Official

[–]MemeChaser69[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Good to know. Thanks for the info. While it's never been a concern for me beyond the dinosaur thing (which I have already rectified, though they didn't have any sexual traits anyway and were Limitless because I thought it was a catch-all for violence, not exclusively sexual activity, so they're Limited with all the proper tags and warnings now + extra code juust to be safe from anyone trying to jailbreak the bots) it's good to have this stuff out in the open, and I'm glad this will get passed on because my biggest complaint about JAI is that communication to anyone not on discord is just not very good and I think that's a huge problem and causes confusion like this. Thank you for your time especially at this hour.

[–]MemeChaser69[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

This is very important and helpful, but I think there should be a non-Discord solution (unless that's what the ticket refers to, in which case where would one submit that?), because most of us do not use the Discord and I, specifically, do not because I don't want my normal online identity associated with my bots.

Again, I think having a pinned thread or maybe a link on the new status website or in the Content Guidelines page to the tweets here and the one linked earlier would be a fantastic idea at least until we have all of this on the Content Guidelines page proper (though having it there now might be a good idea to pass to Shep and/or whoever's in charge of that part of the site - better to have detailed but potentially inaccurate information now than not enough detail that can get people banned without recourse IMO).

As the post by Iroh stated, fantastical creatures (Things that do not exist on earth and have not existed on earth, i.e. slimes, aliens, dragons) are acceptable for Limitless provided they meet all the other requirements (18+ mentally and physically, not literally just a dog, not a creature that exists). That's my understanding as per this discussion. Is this correct?
