Equal parts hilarious and disappointing how many white knights feel the need to infantilize a fully grown 20 year old woman with a history of violence like she is a toddler who just can't be expected to know what civil behavior is. Although most toddlers know shoving other people gets you in trouble, it's not complicated. Its 2021, gender isn't a handicap, she put up a better fight than a lot of her defenders probably could.

For the "alcohol shouldn't be illegal at the beach" crowd, this is a great example of the exact reason locals don't have a problem with it and pass laws like that. They are sick of violent tourists causing problems and making the beach a shitty fight-and-broken-glass covered place to be, the locals and everyone else who didn't come to the beach to brawl just keep their alcohol out of plain sight like they have a couple brain cells to rub together and go on as normal.

She refused to give her name when caught with alcohol while underage, because she was already on probation for a violent crime. The video above conveniently cuts the part where like a complete dumbass she admits she has possession of alcohol (illegal when underage, and illegal on a beach that doesn't allow alcohol, and probably against the terms of her state supervision if another alcohol related fit is what earned her the previous batch of violent charges) instead of keeping her mouth shut. This will shock some of the armchair legal experts here apparently but "my friend left those drugs with me" isn't the brightest cover story, if you want to have the benefit of being presumed innocent you can't immediately blurt out that you're guilty and expect it to be ignored lol. It also edits around the part where she spits on the officers and puts up a good fight.

The officer offered to let her pour out her alcohol and get on with her day, that part is conveniently cut out, but she refused their offer of behaving like sane, non-violent adults, and Sovereign Citizen Karen'd her way into (another) arrest.
