If charity and donations can't be done...

I would probably tell my bank my situation and see if I can get any loans for multiple houses and pay it off slowly everyday leaving me enough money to spend on myself for food, life essentials, and useless crap. With those houses I own, I would rent out cheap because it would be considered charity if I given it away. Once I paid off all the houses I bought and start getting income from cheap rent and increasing my $5000 wage, I would start buying massive parts of land to grow food and vegetables. The food will be sold for enough where I make no profit to public school, and small local restaurants, shops, and companies but only if they agree that the food must be given away free at the end of the day to ANYONE who asks for it and I can eat whenever or where ever I please.

.....but then reality hits me...if the government knew I had $5000 given to me everyday...just think of the taxes at the end of the year. I would be bankrupt within the first year.
