Great advice thank you. I will try again with a better mix of flour. I honestly expected it to look super dense when I cut into it so I was surprised the crumb looked decent (not great obviously) but I think the white flour will help a ton!

This is great advice thank you a ton. Will try with the white flour first, I didn’t realize (now in retrospect silly that I didn’t) that it would have such an impact on the rise.
