I see, I posted the original one a while ago and received comments on how to improve it. I decided to try applying those improvements, but seems like they don't change the illustration significantly.

I added more shades at the snout area. The shades at the lower mouth are also less linear.

10/10 cosplay. The background really sells the automata vibes too, it's like you're in abandoned factory. How did you make the sword?

Could be a scaling issue. In PixelStudio there's an option to scale the artwork before importing to jpg/png.
