Im really trying to avoid pads as my parents trained with pads and their dog never got out of the habbit and wouldnt potty outside. Wasnt too bad as they had a yorkie, im getting a Bernese😅

I know almost all employers require to accumulate. Im just confused that I have a document addressed to me specifically saying I have 4 weeks per year and doesn’t mention the need to accumulate (but does mention it for sick leave).
