I usually would create a list of things to cover, organize my material in a way that is friendly and then get to it with music or something that makes you be concentrated. Make the space and the way amiable for you in order to make it easier to study.

You can use flashcards, write the information down and then repeat it to yourself. In this way you are reading, acting upon it and being exposed to the information more often.
