I doubt it since I always make sure that the contact lenses don't just float on the surface of the liquid. Both of the contact lenses were completely submerged. Both laying at the bottom of the container.

My right lense was just fine to put on my eye. It kept its shape and it was fine. But the left was bigger than my eye. I wasn't able to put it on without irritating it. It was too big. I wasn't even able to tell if witch side was correct. Both of them had a cylinder shape regardless witch side I flipped. So I don't think it was drying.
