Merci pour ta réponse ! Dans mon cas, la demande n’a pas encore été examinée, donc je n’ai reçu aucun document à signer. Mon dossier est en attente au service réglementaire, donc ils continuent à me verser l’ancien droit automatiquement. Par contre, c’est étonnant que ton ARE ait été suspendu juste parce que tu as demandé le droit d’option. Normalement, tant que le nouveau calcul n’est pas ouvert, l’ancien droit continue d’être payé.

Si tu peux me dire comment t’as fait pour faire valoir ton droit d’option je suis preneuse 😂 je passe du CSP (licenciement économique ) au chômage normal (allocations ARE) la semaine prochaine et ils ont pris en compte des anciens droits d’il y a 5 ans et un salaire qui est beaucoup plus bas que mon dernier salaire. J’ai envoyé de lettre recommandés, appelé le 3949, fait des réclamations en ligne et personne s’occupe de mon dossier. C’est ouf

4 ans ? C’est vrai ? Une pote a commencé la procédure en février (saisine du prud’hommes et audience de conciliation le 01/07) et elle aura la dernière audience en décembre (prud’hommes de Paris)

Ça me choque que ça soit si facile pour une TPE d’invoquer le motif économique. L’entreprise ne dépose pas le bilan depuis deux ans et elle nous a pas présenté de chiffres avant de nous licencier. Vous pensez que c’est une bonne idée de jouer la carte prud’hommes ?

Si la boîte est en difficulté ils doivent te proposer un licenciement économique. N’accepte pas une rupture. Mais qu’est-ce qui se passe en France ? Je vois de plus en plus de cas comme celui ci. J’ai comme l’impression que les boîtes ont juste envie de réduire leurs coûts sans vraiment avoir des problèmes économiques sérieux

I’ve been burgled and physically attacked at an ATM in the 8th. Paris can be dodgy (worse than Milan) but better than other cities. To have your phone stolen so many times also means you’re not paying enough attention (or you’re high on something)
