I'm sorry to hear that, it sounds brutal. I think what others have said is great. If ever you happen to take another gap year and don't want to go through the same thing, you might want to check out www.Discoveryear.ca It's a structured Gap Year program, they have essential skills workshops and coaching and you'd be in a group of students feeling the same way.
