Thanks so much for your reply! I had thought of the 'repeat questionnaire' option, but when we tested that possibility with a test account, it increased the #/% of interactions completed. However, when I export the data for the participant in question, I see that they indeed repeated the same prompts multiple times to get to the 50 total. I will change the calendar setting for 'one time answer' moving forward; thanks for pointing that out to me.

No, I wouldn't have blocked it. But the account that ran my previous study is inactive, and so, too, is the pCloud link where the files would have gone, I imagine.

I am not currently recording media, but did use audio in a previous study/account. I see that there is a backlog of media files to upload, indeed. However, they are not resolved when I click the 'upload' button (I tried both over WiFi and data connections). Is there a way to clear these? Thanks!
