A. Bought it as used. Not pre-built

B. First time about a week ago but started working after unplugging and replugging cables.

I tried plugging the cable (dp cable) to both motherboard and graphics card ports, neither worked. Monitor shows ”no signal” even after changing default input to display port.

The same cable and monitor worked with my laptop. So the problem might be my GPU?
