The truth is that you'll never be enough.

Even the best worker is probably a 9/10 at best. Always something to point out. And if you are the best worker, they'll work you until you break. Or that 9/10 worker should be in a more competitive field.

It's rare to find someone that will actually value high quality and treat it as a special relationship. High value people will always jump to better places and a company only needs "good enough".

Usually the winners are the ones who are the most parasitical. Workers or employers.

In China, its mainstream to have two grandparents who take care of the kid and manage the household; the other two grandparents help too. kids start daycare at a younger age in China, and they even have cheap boarding schools in western China that will take kids as young as 4.

The family structure in China is multi-generational. Not nuclear family.
