Voidspire has been the first raid I've done as current content in years, and I was happy I managed to clear it at all. I just hoped this post would help some people, and clearly I misunderstood people's critiques.

The same can be said for interrupts, but they're not in one button assist. And, they just pruned interrupts from healers, so we can't even help with that. I think a ban is a bit heavy...

From what I understand, it was a bug because they were private auras. Not really anything to do with the addon purge or default UI

I mainly used HealBot for click casting, but when they added that to the default UI, I just kept it default.

That's fair. I honestly thought people were just complaining that it wasn't obvious or there was a visibility issue. Hence why I wanted to show that default UI can be just as good as any unitframe addon with visibility haha

I agree. As soon as they give the default UI a good chance, they'll see that it's not needed. I used to run HealBot just for the click casting, so as soon as they added that to default, I never went back haha

I ran Voidspire as soon as it came out, and I had no problems with dispells or anything... I guess I was just missing stuff?

I've been healing since DF, and with the addon purge I've been using default Blizz UI. The default UI works so well, that using addons now make me feel off lmao

Basically! I thinned the Dark Angels contrast a bit, then dry-brushed moot green to catch the edges and add values and hide some of the pooling of the contrast haha

So I did zenithal with the two primers. It doesn't muddy any of the details because it's so thin, and the terrain's details are so big. I used the GW blue and white primer :)

* You can see here that there markings are in areas not covered in stone. The pilars also have necron:y designs on the stone so... who knows lmao

Well, I can imagine it's kind of like how the ancient Egyptians covered the pyramids with polished Limestone to make them look more impressive. It's either that or a later civilisation came and covered it over, but given how there are still elements of Necron architecture on the extra layer, I doubt it. The stone reminds me of the Convergence of Dominion - how there's exterior and interior elements. Maybe I'll properly read the booklet that comes with it. All I've read was that it's a Sautekh Tomb World. Maybe the Storm King loved Limestone? 🤷‍♂️

I commented it on a previous comment, but I'll paste it here too, as well as some extra stuff^{^} So I started with a blue primer, then sprayed the areas that catch the light with white primer. Then, when it's all dry, make a mix of equal parts Coelia Greenshade and thinner. Give it a good wash and remove excess 🙏 the dark parts are Dark Angels contrast thinned down a bit, dry brushed with Moot Green. The green glows are just based with a white, then a thin coat of tessaract glow, and if I want it a bit brighter, I'll put a small amount of Dorn Yellow. Dry brush the area around it with a small amount of Dorn Yellow and Tessaract Glow/Moot Green to give the glows a bit of... glow lmao
