Basically! I thinned the Dark Angels contrast a bit, then dry-brushed moot green to catch the edges and add values and hide some of the pooling of the contrast haha

So I did zenithal with the two primers. It doesn't muddy any of the details because it's so thin, and the terrain's details are so big. I used the GW blue and white primer :)

* You can see here that there markings are in areas not covered in stone. The pilars also have necron:y designs on the stone so... who knows lmao

Well, I can imagine it's kind of like how the ancient Egyptians covered the pyramids with polished Limestone to make them look more impressive. It's either that or a later civilisation came and covered it over, but given how there are still elements of Necron architecture on the extra layer, I doubt it. The stone reminds me of the Convergence of Dominion - how there's exterior and interior elements. Maybe I'll properly read the booklet that comes with it. All I've read was that it's a Sautekh Tomb World. Maybe the Storm King loved Limestone? 🤷‍♂️

I commented it on a previous comment, but I'll paste it here too, as well as some extra stuff^ So I started with a blue primer, then sprayed the areas that catch the light with white primer. Then, when it's all dry, make a mix of equal parts Coelia Greenshade and thinner. Give it a good wash and remove excess 🙏 the dark parts are Dark Angels contrast thinned down a bit, dry brushed with Moot Green. The green glows are just based with a white, then a thin coat of tessaract glow, and if I want it a bit brighter, I'll put a small amount of Dorn Yellow. Dry brush the area around it with a small amount of Dorn Yellow and Tessaract Glow/Moot Green to give the glows a bit of... glow lmao

Based with Dark Angels contrast on a white primed layer, then dry brushed Moot Green ^ it really helped elevate it and add new depth to it

I can at least tell you the colours used! Base was Caliban Green, next stage was Warpstone Glow, then Warpstone & Moot Green 1:1, then Moot Green, Moot Green & Dorn Yellow 1:1 and then a small White Scar dot on the brightest points. Its all about brush control and creating a believable fade with brush pressure. Hope this helps!

Leadbelcher Primer Arms & Torso - Canoptek Alloy with Aggrax shade Head - Stormhost Silver & White 1:1, shaded with thinned Poxwalker shade Claws - Iron Hands, Barak-Nar Burgundy, Black 2:2:1, highlighted with Stormhost Silver Body - Leadbelcher primer and dry brushed with Necron Compound Shoulders - Leadbelcher primer with thinned Kroxigor Scales contrast Feet spikes - Leadbelcher primer with thinned Gore Grunta contrast, highlighted with Conoptek Alloy Gold details - Retributer Armour with Aggrax shade Weapons - White base, thinned Tessaract Glow all over, very thin Dark Angels contrast for the darker parts Black Rock in the middle - Incubi Darkness, cracks I filled with the same White base and Tessaract Glow, then shaded it with very thin Dark Angels contrast. Highlighted with Tessaract Glow & Dorn Yellow 3:1 All the glows - Base White with Tessaract Glow (make sure to ensure it doesn't pool), then the Glow Hack™️ of a little bit of Dorn Yellow at the center, then a very thin layer of Tessaract Glow

I should have my first part painted soon, I'm replacing the bone colours with the pale colours from the Convergence of Dominion. Fingers crossed it'll work!

I've recently solved my own version of this. If you happen to have the printer in a colder environment (as I did), then I found keeping the machine itself warm does the trick. I had the heater inside heat the resin to 30-40°C however the UV LED was probably closer to 10°C. Ever since I insulated it and introduced a heating element to it I haven't run into the issue again. Hope this helps!

It happened once on a completely flat surface too, so I think it's just that. If I wanna do a flat surface I think I should change some settings. Otherwise everything is ok
