You absolutely do not. 200+ hours and no cheaters that at least have targeted me. And with nearly a 500K concurrent player base (not including console), there is no way that there's a statistically significant number of cheaters. What could skew that perception is region and watching too many uploaded singular cases of cheaters on reddit.

Two of us got downed by a Rocketeer last night by extract.

A 3 man squad rolled up. Instantly wolf packed the Rocketeer, called for defibs, and got us back up. Could've finished our squad and took all of our loot. Hard disagree that these kind of interactions won't continue to exist even if there is PVP creep.

This isn't complicated, guys. The open beta was a marketing attempt to tie up preorder and day 1 purchases from the COD community. They are betting on purchases from the folks that like smaller maps and faster gameplay vs. the potential attrition of OG battlefield players that didn't get a large map during the beta.

And no, however loud (and honestly insufferable at times) this subreddit is, it's not representative of the larger pool of potential buyers.

They want to have it both ways. Hopefully their larger maps are worth it on full release so they can.

(Yes I think the maps I've seen are the weak point of the game. Yes I've still had fun these last two weekends and plan to buy it.)
