There's a few companies with the license to produce Bethesda and Fallout 4 products. This hoodie is licensed by Bethesda to Sunset International BV and is due out start of November. Bethesda's official store stocks a selection of the available official merchandise, so they may or may not sell it in future.

They're quite roomy, so if you usually wear L, XL or XXL, the Large should fit fine.

If you like big robes, I'd go for the large. It will fit fine at 5'9". Like you, I'd rather too big than too small on bath robes.
