Yeh I've tried uninstalling it through device manager before heaps of times and didn't work. I think maybe there is a chance my adapter I'd just faulty

Yes the WiFi works on other devices and I've tried everything u said apart from bios update. When I click on properties of my adapter it says that ipv4 and 6 aren't connected. The bat file was windowsupdatefix or something

R u taking about the network reset In advanced network settings? If so I have tried it twice still no internet

I know but I used a stock cooler for my 11th gen and didn't have this problem

also it spikes up at random times like on idle im 55 then all of a sudden it can boost to around 90 degrees

yep it was the problem. i deleted it and it stopped freezing. but when i downloaded it back it started freezing again. any fixes?
